Is it really free?
Yes. $0 USD/month includes a branded page, up to 3 catering requests each month, email confirmations and one location. No credit card is required.
Any extra fees?
No setup fees, commissions or per-request charges. Paid plans are optional. Your payment provider’s usual fees still apply.
What do paid plans cost?
Core: $9 USD/month for up to 10 catering requests and SMS notifications. Pro: $39 USD/month for unlimited catering requests and three locations.
Do guests pay upfront?
No. Guests send a request without card details. You confirm and collect payment directly. CateringPage does not process customer payments.
Can I keep my POS?
Yes. Keep your POS, invoices and payment provider. CateringPage captures the request; it does not automatically sync with your POS.
Do I need a new website?
No. We host your catering page. Add its link to your existing website and socials. It works on phones, tablets and computers.
What happens after a request?
It lands in your workspace. Guests receive an email confirmation; your team follows up to confirm details and arrange payment.
What if I reach my limit?
Free accepts up to 3 catering requests per calendar month. Upgrade or wait until next month. You won’t be upgraded automatically.
